Yes! Happy Cakes and Gifts is a pure vegetarian bakery. We do not use eggs in any of our cakes, cupcakes, pastries, or cookies. Our kitchen is 100% egg-free.
Do you use gelatin in your cakes?
Never. We only use plant-based setting agents (like agar-agar or pectin) instead of animal gelatin, making our products fully vegetarian-safe.
Is the quality or taste of eggless cakes different?
