1. Cancellations

  • Same-Day Orders: Cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
  • Advance Orders: Can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery time.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • If we are unable to deliver your order due to operational issues.
  • If the product delivered is significantly damaged (photo proof required upon delivery).

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Quality Issues

Since our products are perishable, please check your order upon delivery. If there is an issue with quality, please inform our delivery partner immediately.
